SOFT PROJECT S.R.L. was created in 2003 as a result of the requirement of solutions on the IT market, but most particularly oriented towards the medical field.

SmartLabs was born as a result of the medical analysis labs evolution, in the private sector most particularly. Under the terms of a work volume constantly growing, as well as the increasing competition on this market segment, the need for an informational system that allows faster maximum security data management was essential. As in any field, the removal of human errors is desired likewise the faster information processing and ease of access. Taking into consideration the health insurance policies, activities within a medical analysis laboratory without full control, medical and informational as well, it is almost impossible. “Smartlabs” is a specialised software that meets the needs of such medical labs, especially with solutions to the problems stated above. This app is running since 2003 in Timisoara’s laboratories, at this moment being utilised in more than 130 medical units throughout all Romania.


Patient reception menu

  • The selection of the required medical tests is done by a simple mouse click, without the necessity of a list search;
  • Patient data and physicians requesting these kind of data can find it in the database, with a simple search based on a certain criteria (name, personal ID code, seal code). Once you have entered the patient’s personal data, the system verifies and validates everything with a specific key.

Quality Control Menu

  • The selection of the requested medical tests is done by a simple mouse click, without the necessity of a list search;
  • The serums data is customizable through expiration stability and other reference or targeted values;
